*Pesticide Properties:

 

 

Summer spray oil used on most fruit trees such as apple, pear, walnut, peach, and citrus to control a wide range of insects including cottony cushion scale, citrus red scale, mealybugs, and pear psylla.

 

 

*Composition and Active Ingredient Ratio:

 

 

90% paraffinic mineral oil.

 

 

* Chemical Group:

 

 

Mineral oils.

 

 

*Plant Toxicity:

 

 

The oil should not be used with or after the following compounds: dimethoate, carbaryl, malathion, cyfluthrin, and sulfur should not be sprayed on trees sprayed with oil for at least 3 weeks, and captan should not be sprayed within two months of oil use.

 

 

*Toxicity to Bees, Birds, and Fish:

 

 

Non-toxic to birds and bees but toxic to fish.

 

 

*Toxicity Classification according to WHO:

 

 

(+ WHO Class III) It is unlikely that any poisoning will occur within the recommended rates of use.

 

 

*Mixing Instructions:

 

 

Add water to the tank to allow for good stirring and mixing, then add the oil with continuous stirring until a milky solution is formed. Continue stirring and mixing during spraying, especially when using small sprayers, and ensure the recommended oil ratio is maintained.

 

 

*Uses:

 

 

For controlling spiders, scale insects, pear psylla, cottony cushion scale, and mealybugs on fruit trees such as apple, pear, walnut, peach, and citrus.

 

 

*Usage Rate:

 

 

Tex Oil is used at a rate of 1 liter per 100 liters of water.
