*Pesticide Properties:

Polc is a non-systemic, broad-spectrum fungicide with preventive and curative properties, used to control a range of fungal diseases on fruit trees, field crops, and various vegetables. It is also applied as a post-harvest spray on fruits to prevent storage diseases.

*Composition and Active Ingredient Ratio:

It contains 80% captan.

*Phytotoxicity:

The pesticide does not cause phytotoxicity and is tolerated by all mentioned crops under recommended conditions and usage rates.

However, some apple varieties (such as Bramley, Monarch, and Red Blush) and peaches (such as Danjo) may show sensitivity to the substance, so a small test should be conducted before spraying.

*Toxicity to Bees, Birds, and Fish:

Bulk is non-toxic to birds and bees but is toxic to fish and harmful to beneficial organisms.

*Toxicological Classification According to WHO Standards:

(+WHO Class III). No poisoning is expected within the recommended usage rates.

*Compatibility:

Compatible with most insecticides and fungicides, except for alkaline ones and oils. It should not be mixed with Bordeaux mixture and lime sulfur as it is unstable under highly alkaline conditions. Before spraying a mixture of the pesticide with other pesticides, a narrow-scale test should be conducted.
