Defazeem 500 Wettable powder
*Pesticide Properties:
Systemic, preventive and curative fungicide absorbed through roots and green tissues to control fungal diseases affecting fruit trees, vines, and vegetable crops.
*Composition and Active Ingredient Percentage:
Contains 50% Carbendazim.
*Phytotoxicity:
The pesticide does not cause phytotoxicity and is tolerated by all crops mentioned in this brochure under recommended conditions and usage rates.
*Toxicity to Bees, Birds, and Fish:
Practically non-toxic to birds and bees, toxic to fish.
*Toxicity classification according to WHO standards:
( + WHO Class III ) It is unlikely to cause any poisoning within the recommended usage rates.
*Compatibility:
Compatible with most pesticides except alkaline ones.
*Harvest Safety Period:
Crops can be harvested after two weeks for all crops after spraying. Uses and rates for controlling scab disease: Used at a rate of 30 - 50 g / 100 liters of water. Powdery mildew at a rate of 50 g / 100 liters of water.
*Storage Diseases: Used two weeks before harvesting at a rate of 50 g / 100 liters of water, and after harvesting, the fruits are dipped in a solution of the pesticide at a rate of 50 g / 100 liters of water.

*Vines: Used to control powdery mildew and botrytis at a rate of 500 - 800 g / hectare. Anthracnose is used at a rate of 50 g / 100 liters of water.
*Warning:
Repeated use of Defazeem 500 alone and for a long period may lead to the emergence of strains resistant to benzimidazole compound action, so it is advisable to spray Defazeem 500 either alternately or mixed with other non-systemic fungicides.
